SEASON 24/25
Unacceptable Behaviour Policy
Annbank United Community Football Club, all supporters and representatives shall not engage in any conduct which is deemed unacceptable and brings the name of the Club into disrepute.
The AAFA has the power to deal with as is sees fit, any player, individual or club, for any misconduct reported to it. This covers conduct deemed to be unsportsmanlike, not in accord with amateur football or bringing the game into disrepute by imposing a period of suspension or censure. BRINGING THE GAME INTO DISREPUTE in simple terms means anything that is deemed to infer that the good reputation of amateur football is lost or is tarnished because it is connected with activities that people do not approve of
We wish the Club to be regarded as a community asset and to provide a safe environment to watch football.
We will not tolerate acts of violent conduct or disorderly conduct by any individual/s. This is unacceptable behaviour.
This policy along with our other policies all combine to create a safe and hopefully enjoyable place for all supporters to watch and be entertained without feeling anxious about their own personal safety.
Violent conduct is referred to as conduct where there is:
(1) Actual, attempted or threatened violence against a person or persons.
(2) Intentional damage to property.
Disorderly conduct includes but is not limited to acts of racism or sectarianism; written or verbal communication including social media which is threatening, abusive or insulting; visual material such as flags and banners which fall within the aforementioned category; without authorisation any excursion onto the field of play; use of threatening, abusive or insulting comments, chants or gestures; possessing and utilising any pyrotechnic device or smoke device or similar devices; possession of alcohol is prohibited.
Any behaviour deemed unacceptable will not be tolerated and by entering New Pebble Park you are allowing search procedures to be operated, if necessary, by relevant parties.
Parties will be refused admission if trying to bring in alcohol or under the influence of alcohol or if required to be searched and refusing same.
Any party who is connected with the club breaching these guidelines will be subject to our disciplinary procedures.
Any supporter who breaches these guidelines will be excluded from the game and removed from the ground. They may be subject to further bans from future games and if persistent misbehaviour continues to a football ban being implemented as the club reserve the right to invoke same.
This policy will be reviewed on a yearly basis. (reviewed and adjusted 06/24)
