Annbank United Community Football Club is a member of the Ayrshire Amateur Football Association which is affiliated to the Scottish Amateur Football Association.
The safety of spectators attending games at New Pebble Park is of utmost importance and a main objective of Annbank United Community Football Club and the management committee will strive to ensure that the following regulations achieve this objective. A sub-committee has been set up to specifically focus on this area to promote a safe culture and to undertake necessary duties and responsibilities as they determine appropriate to maintain this objective.
Periodic inspections of the ground will be conducted to maintain safety with the ultimate aim to minimise risk as far as is practically possible.
GROUND REGULATIONS
1. All matches are played following the Rules and Regulations of the Scottish Amateur Football Association, Ayrshire Amateur Football Association, and the relevant League.
2. All persons entering the ground are admitted subject to these ground Regulations and the applicable Rules and Regulations of Scottish Amateur Football Association, The Ayrshire Amateur Football Association and the relevant League.
3. The club reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without prior notice and without liability.
4. Unauthorised persons are not permitted to enter the field of play. All persons are required to keep off the playing surface and stay on the spectator side of the park barriers.
5. All persons entering this Ground are admitted subject to the condition that they may be required to submit to search to prevent prohibited articles being brought into the Ground which might be used to cause injury or damage to other persons or property.
6. Only persons specifically authorised by the Club are permitted to offer, food, beverages or any other articles for sale at the ground.
7. The obstruction of access ways, exits and entrances, and like places is strictly forbidden. Nobody entering the ground shall be permitted to climb any structures within the ground.
8. Mobile telephones and other communications devices are permitted within the Stadium if they are used for personal and private use only.
9. The use of foul or abusive language; racist, discriminatory, or sectarian remarks, songs or chants; and the promotion or endorsement of any political organisation are not permitted within the ground or on the Club's property. We have an Anti-Discrimination Policy, highlighted on the club’s website.
Any behaviour will not be tolerated that could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to other spectators.
10. It is an offence for any person to enter the ground or try to enter the ground
• Whilst in possession of alcohol.
• Whilst drunk.
• Whilst in possession, or under the influence, of any illegal substances.
On no account will admission be granted to a person who is subject of a current Football Banning Order.
11. Under the ground regulations any articles which could, or might be used as a weapon, or to offend, or which are regarded by the Club or the Police as dangerous or unsafe are not permitted within the Stadium. Any person found in possession of such items will be refused entry or removed from the ground this includes items such as knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles, guns,
12. The throwing of any objects is not permitted.
13. Persons who park at the ground please do so respectfully and do so entirely at their own risk in respect of their persons, the vehicle and any personal property left therein. The Club will not accept responsibility for any damage, accidents, or losses.
14. Spectators are required to exit the ground in an orderly manner as soon as practicably possible after the end of each game.
15. In the event of an emergency within the ground instructions on any necessary course of action will be given by Committee members attending. We have a separate documented Contingency Plan.
16. At all times, the right of admission is reserved by the Club.
BY ENTERING THE GROUND YOU ARE AGREEING AND GIVING AN UNQUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN A TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT BAN FROM ATTENDING ANY FUTURE GAMES AT NEW PEBBLE PARK.
17. The Club reserves the right for its committee members, and for members of Police Scotland if necessary to remove from the ground any person who does not comply with these ground regulations and within same the rules and regulations of the Scottish Football Amateur Association, The Ayrshire Amateur Football Association and the relevant league.
